1. You must uninstall the preinstalled Office on your computer.
2. Go to:  https://setup.office.com/
3. Log in with your Microsoft account (this account must not contain any other Office product, if so please create a new account).
4. After you redeemed the prepaid key will appear Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus in your Microsoft account:
   https://setup.office.com/home/getoffice
5. Download Microsoft Office in the language of your choice and install it on your PC (it does not need any further activation).
6. In order to activate the remaining PCs you no longer need to redeem the key again, it has been already used activating your recently created Microsoft Account.
7. Please go into each PC and login into your activated Microsoft Account (https://setup.office.com), then open a new tab or a new window and type: https://setup.office.com/home/getoffice
   You should see your product description in it along with a Download button.
8. Once downloaded and installed go into Word->File->Account, make sure it is logged in with the activated Microsoft Account and go into “Activate Product”.
9. Finally select “Online activation”, once done the product should be activated.
